Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Aqua Pump & Irrigation’s online shop “Do you want to return something?

You can return an item for a refund, within 5 working days of receiving your original order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging with no damage to the packaging and sent back to Aqua Pump & Irrigation at the expense of the customer.

Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non warranty returns, not the fault of Aqua Pump & Irrigation, will be subject to a 15% of purchase price plus $50 admin processing fees with shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Should your return be approved for a refund a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original payment method). This may take up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

No non warranty return or exchange is available on special request orders, being orders not normally stocked or advertised on the online shop by Aqua Pump & Irrigation. Please choose carefully.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure your return is packed properly and can’t get damaged in transit. We recommend using registered post so that you can keep track of your parcel.

Please keep a record of your shipment receipt until your return has been processed. We will notify you that we have received your return item.

When You Receive Your Order

We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive it, please contact Aqua Pump & Irrigation and we will organise to have the item replaced. You need to advise us of any fault in a new product within 5 working days of receiving your order, and please do not use the product. Please follow our returns policy.

Warranty Based Returns

Every product you purchase from Aqua Pump & Irrigation comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects or faults. Warranty periods differ for different products and start from the purchase date on your receipt.

Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage.

 

If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, contact Aqua Pump & Irrigation for assistance, and your product can be returned, at your cost, to us for assessment of the fault.

If the Manufacturer deems the warranty claim to be successful, under the direction thereof, Aqua will either repair, replace (if same model available or substitute with a similar model) or offer a store credit for the original purchase value. If your request is denied by the Manufacturer your item will be returned to you with an explanation from the Manufacturer.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.

Order

You will receive an email confirmation after you place your online order. The email will detail a description and quantity of the products you have ordered together with an Order #.

Back Orders

Should we deplete our stock levels due to orders exceeding forecast we will ship the available items and place the unavailable items on back order. We will advise you by email that your order / or part thereof is on back order.

Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as the items are receipted into our warehouse. There will be no additional shipping charge for the additional back order shipment.
